DG ECHO & ICRC “Urban warfare” exhibition

Today, fifty million people are directly affected by the wars unfolding around the world. They face daily violence, shortages of food, water and medicine, and lack of health services.

Antoine Agoudjian, Alfredo Bosco, and Abdulmonam Eassa, photojournalists who won the last three editions of the ICRC’s humanitarian VisaOr, present their work on this theme. They highlight the appalling humanitarian consequences of the fighting in urban areas in Nagorno-Karabakh, Mexico and Syria.

A special evening will be organized on January 26 2022 in the presence of Abdulmonam Eassa.

Géopolis occupies a unique exhibition space in the Ateliers des Tanneurs complex, located in the heart of Brussels, between the Sablon and the Place du Jeu de Balles: Rue des Tanneurs 60, Brussels.

The ICRC operations are notably funded by the European Commission.
