A man has been charged over the death of primary school teacher Ashling Murphy in Ireland.
Ms Murphy, 23, was attacked while out exercising beside a canal in Tullamore, County Offaly, last Wednesday.
A man aged in his 30s has been charged after being arrested on Tuesday.
Police have not yet said what he had been charged with.
He will appear before a special sitting of Tullamore District Court tonight at 8.15pm.

A second man arrested in connection with Ms Murphy’s death has been released without charge.
