Excitement builds for pep bands returning to March Madness

Pep bands will be back at March Madness for the first time in two years. Bands were not allowed the last two years due to the pandemic, but they will be returning. Pep bands keep the energy high at the NCAA basketball tournament and are often one of the main attractions. Nancy Chen reports on their triumphant return.
