Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the retirement of H. Charles “Chuck” Floyd, who currently serves as the Executive Vice President – Global President of Operations. Floyd will step down from his role on December 31, 2023, and transition to a Senior Advisor role to Hyatt’s President and CEO, Mark Hoplamazian, starting January 1, 2024.
