There are dead and injured people at the scene of a shooting at a school in Prague, according to Czech police.
“Based on initial information we can confirm there are dead and injured people at the site,” police said on social mediaplatform X.
The incident, in the area of Jan Palach Square in the city’s Old Town, is ongoing, police added.
Members of the public are being advised to leave the area.
