Ice Spice is back with a new song titled “Think U the Shit (Fart).” It follows her Rema collaboration “Pretty Girl” from this past October. Check out “Think U the Shit (Fart)” below.
Ice Spice gave “Pretty Girl” its live debut at her Saturday Night Live performance this past fall and Rema joined her on the TV stage to sing his part. During that episode, Ice Spice also performed “In Ha Mood” and was introduced by Taylor Swift, even though she didn’t act in any of the skits.
Last year was Ice Spice’s big glow-up. After releasing her debut EP Like…?, she updated it with a deluxe edition and hopped on Billboard-charting songs with songs with Taylor Swift, PinkPantheress, and Nicki Minaj. She also crafted a signature drink with Dunkin’ Donuts that earned her a commercial spot alongside their unofficial mascot, Ben Affleck.
Earlier this month, Ice Spice was sued by musicians Duval “D.Chamberz” Chamberlain and Kenley “Kass the Producer” Carmenate, who claim that she copied their song “In That Mood,” which they released on D.Chamberz’s album Boom Bap 2 Drill Rap in July 2022, for her single “In Ha Mood.” Their attourney, Chester R. “Chet” Ostrowski, told Pitchfork that “if you listen to the two songs back-to-back, you will hear the similarities for yourself.”
