Lainey Wilson has won the 2024 Grammy Award for Best Country Album. The musician behind Bell Bottom Country was recognized over fellow nominees Brothers Osborne, Kelsea Ballerini, Tyler Childers, and Zach Bryan. The award was presented by two-time Best Country Album winner Kacey Musgraves.
Earlier today, Bryan won Best Country Duo/Group Performance for the Musgraves collaboration “I Remember Everything.” He was the only Best Country Album nominee to win a Grammy during the Premiere Ceremony, having triumphed over Wilson and others.
Lainey Wilson released Bell Bottom Country in October 2022. For the LP, the Louisiana-born country artist won Album of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards and Country Music Association Awards. This is her first victory at the Grammys.
