Experimental musician Claire Rousay has announced her first album for venerated Chicago independent label Thrill Jockey. The new album, Sentiment, is out April 19. Rousay will surround her album’s release with North American and European concerts. Find Rousay’s tour schedule, as well as the new song “Head,” below.
Guests on Sentiment include Lala Lala and Hand Habits. Discussing her new album in a press statement, Rousay said, “I have been on a quest to communicate my feelings and ideas as clearly as possible lately. Pop seemed like the way to do that this time.”
