Stephen Bear and his reality star ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison have been at court for a hearing over the profits of a private sex tape he shared of them.
Former Celebrity Big Brother winner Bear was released from prison earlier this year having served 10-and-a-half months for posting on his OnlyFans page intimate footage of him and the former The Only Way Is Essex star without consent.
Bear, who was found guilty of voyeurism and of two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, was jailed in March 2023 and then freed from HMP Brixton in south London in January.
On Monday, a confiscation hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court, Essex, in relation to the profits the 34-year-old made from the revenge porn video was adjourned until Friday.
Bear was at court, wearing a red and black tracksuit emblazoned with the words “Mexican Cartel”.
Harrison, 29, was also at court, supported by her Love Island star boyfriend Anton Danyluk.
The court previously heard Bear gained £22,300 profit by sharing the CCTV footage on OnlyFans.
His OnlyFans subscriber count was said to have leapt 43% as a result of the video, from 1,061 when it was uploaded on 8 November 2020 to 1,883 by the time his account was deactivated on 8 December.
The footage was available to subscribers behind a €9.99 (£7.84) paywall on his profile.
But after the footage started to “go viral” and Harrison became aware of it, Bear appeared to change the subscription fee – adjusting it to range from $7.50 (£5.89) to $50 (£39.28).
There was said to have been a “jump up” in the $9.99 purchases when the footage started to “go viral”.
A total of 273 subscribers purchased the video, earning Bear £1,650.98 after the standard 20% cut to OnlyFans.

Through extra subscribers drawn in by the video, he was found to have earned £15,440.28, on top of the £1,650.98 earned through the video paywall, Essex Police financial investigator Laura Mackenzie told the court.
Calculations on how much Bear earned from the video were debated during the hearing, which the judge noted was made problematic by the convicted sex offender refusing to take to the witness box and give evidence.
