BTS star Jin is going to be a torchbearer at the Olympic Games in Paris.
The 31-year-old recently completed his mandatory 18 months of military service in South Korea.
He’s set to spread a message of “harmony” and “peace” as he tours France.

Team GB kit unveiled for Olympics
The Olympic flame was lit in Greece and arrived in the host country last month. Now, it is travelling through more than 400 locations nationwide.
It is covering a distance of about 7,500 miles (12,000km) over 69 days before arriving at the opening ceremony on 26 July.

About 10,000 torchbearers are set to take part – and unfortunately for BTS fans, we don’t have an exact schedule for when Jin will be getting involved.
Today is Stage 48 of the relay, with the Olympic flame making its way through the Pas-de-Calais before heading to the Somme area tomorrow.

Jin isn’t the only celebrity getting involved, with footballing legend Didier Drogba confirmed, too.

Relatives of those who lost their lives in the Nice terror attack, astronauts and sanitation workers are also having the honour of holding the flame aloft.
There’s now a little over three weeks to go before the Paris Games kicks off, with 10,500 athletes set to compete in 329 events across 35 venues.
