Militarie Gun have shared a new song, “Thought You Were Waving,” and an accompanying music video directed by Neta Ben Ezra. In the visual, each member of the band stands by naively as murders, thieves, and arsonists wreck havoc around them. Watch it below.
Life Under the Gun, Militarie Gun’s debut album, came out last year. The band reimagined a handful of tracks from it for the Life Under the Sun EP this past January, which includes guest features from Manchester Orchestra, Mannequin Pussy, and Bully.
In 2022, Militarie Gun combined two of their early EPs for the packaged re-release All Roads Lead to the Gun (Deluxe), and teamed up with the Richmond, Virginia, fuzz-pop band Dazy for their catchy, collaborative single “Pressure Cooker.”
