Get ready for new music from Rochester, New York, death metal greats Undeath. The five-piece will follow 2022’s wonderful It’s Time…to Rise from the Grave with new album More Insane. It’s out on October 4 via Prosthetic. Leading the 10-track LP is new song “Brandish the Blade.” Find the single’s high-energy video, directed and edited by Errick Easterday, below.
Vocalist Alexander Jones, guitarists Kyle Beam and Jared Welch, bassist Tommy Wall, and drummer Matt Browning comprise Undeath. The band co-produced More Insane with Mark Lewis, who also engineered, mixed, and mastered the album. In a press statement, Undeath said, “More Insane is the sickest shit we’ve ever done, full stop. Death metal reigns supreme forever, and we are but its humble servants. Enjoy and smoke ’em if you’ve got ’em.”
Beginning in September, Undeath are touring behind the new album. Support on the tour comes from Kruelty, Gates to Hell, Tribal Gaze, and Torture. See Undeath’s tour dates below.
