Kim Gordon has teamed up with experimental duo Model Home for the new song “Razzamatazz.” On the track, Gordon is accompanied by Justin Raisen, who worked on this year’s The Collective and 2021’s No Home Record. “Razzamatazz” also comes with a music video made by Model Home’s P Cain, and you can watch it below.
This is the second new single Gordon has shared since releasing The Collective back in March. “Razzamatazz” follows “ECRP,” which got a music video directed by Gordon’s daughter, Coco Gordon-Moore, who also jumped in front of the camera in the visual for the single “Bye Bye.”
After putting out their album Both Feet en th Infinite, back in 2021, Model Home haven’t slowed down when it comes to songwriting or improvisation. The Washington, D.C., duo followed that with two records in 2022, three releases in 2023 (not including the Wolf Eyes collaboration More Difficult Messages), and this year’s Wax Fortress.
