The Summit, organised by the Canadian Automobile Association, serves to highlight developments in loyalty platforms used by the CAA, AAA, and FIA One Road Clubs.
This is the second time that One Road has been invited to participate in the summit and the first time that One Road partners, AA Singapore and Touring Club Suisse (Switzerland), were invited to take part.
During the event, the FIA gave updates on their wider loyalty strategy, and participated in presentations on the changing face of loyalty.
One Road has undergone significant growth over the past year. The programme has signed a number of commercial partners across fashion, travel and sales, and it has continued to outreach to Member Clubs, including the CAA, as part of its North America expansion.
FIA One Road Operations Manager, Cindy Plantaz said: “Here at the FIA, we are committed to building a strong loyalty platform for our Member Clubs and for our commercial partners. By participating in this summit, the FIA team has gained additional knowledge and inspiration helping us to build an even more resilient and engaging platform for the future.”
