The inaugural Eco Rally Cup demo event in Hefei, China, marked a significant milestone under the direction of the Anhui Province Motorsport Federation, the local government, and the CAMF. This was the first-ever Eco Rally event in China, serving as a demo and Candidate event for the prestigious #BridgestoneFIAEcoRallyCup.
Spanning six cities, the event showcased the potential of eco-friendly motorsport, with a strong focus on sustainability. Over 1,000 policemen and local authorities were on standby to ensure safety and coordination. Additionally, a dedicated team of 10,000 volunteers and staff supported the smooth operation of this groundbreaking event.
With a seamless blend of local culture and innovative automotive technology, the Eco Rally Cup demo brought together the community and industry leaders, paving the way for future eco-racing events in China. The event highlighted China’s commitment to green initiatives and sustainable motorsport development.
