Kassie Krut—the new trio featuring Eve Alpert and Kasra Kurt from the defunct Philadelphia math-rock band Palm and Nicks and Grazes producer Matt Anderegg—have announced their debut EP. The self-titled record will arrive December 6 via Fire Talk. In addition to the recent single “Reckless,” Kassie Krut also includes the new song “Racing Man.” Give it a listen below.
After putting out their EP, Kassie Krut will head out on a short tour. Only one show is slated for this year—their record release show at New York’s TV Eye on December 10—but more will follow in 2025. Kassie Krut are opening for three Spirit of the Beehive shows along the East Coast in March, and will then head to Phoenix, Austin, Houston, Dallas, and Denver, in May, to open for Panda Bear and Toro y Moi. Check out their full list of tour dates below.
