Rough Trade has announced its top 100 albums of 2024, led by SOPHIE’s posthumous self-titled album. To celebrate, the indie retailer is selling exclusive vinyl pressings tied to the top 20 albums on its list. Featured are new offerings from SOPHIE, the Smile, Idles, Laura Marling, Charli XCX, Yard Act, and more. Find the list of exclusives, available in-store and online, below. 01 SOPHIE: SOPHIE
Rough Trade is offering the first vinyl edition of the late SOPHIE’s lone remix album, 2019’s Oil of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides Non-Stop Remix Album. The collection features three exclusive red vinyl LPs. The musician’s self-titled album is also available on silver vinyl.

02 English Teacher: This Could Be Texas
English Teacher’s Mercury Prize–winning debut, This Could Be Texas, is available on galaxy gold vinyl and milky white vinyl—both exclusive to Rough Trade. To go with it, the band’s Live From Maida Vale EP is pressed on an exclusive 10″ chalk white vinyl.
03 Laura Marling: Patterns in Repeat
Laura Marling recorded much of her lovely new album, Patterns in Repeat, beside her infant daughter, and she’s got a new offering that should also appeal to children’s sensibilities. With Laura Sings Raffi, Marling covers 11 songs from the children’s music icon Raffi Cavoukian.
04 The Smile: Cutouts
The Smile are pairing their two 2024 albums—Wall of Eyes and Cutouts—with an exclusive, three-track live 12″ that is in a slipcase made to house both of the LPs separately.
05 The Last Dinner Party: Prelude to Ecstasy
The Last Dinner Party’s debut, Prelude to Ecstasy, comes in an exclusive vinyl colorway with a new mirrorboard sleeve.
06 Idles: Tangk
Idles are offering a new 12″ featuring recordings of their June performance at Glastonbury.
07 Amyl and the Sniffers: Cartoon Darkness
Amyl and the Sniffers are releasing an exclusive, six-track live album. It captures the band’s August 15 performance at Los Angeles’ Fonda Theatre, and only 1,000 copies will be available worldwide.
08 Charli XCX: Brat
Charli XCX signed copies of her world-conquering album Brat. That’s brat.
09 Sprints: Letter to Self
Only 500 copies are available of Sprints’ new magenta Live in Dublin vinyl LP.
10 Yard Act: Where’s My Utopia?
Yard Act recorded a new covers EP exclusively for Rough Trade. They made the project at the Nave Recording Studio in their native Leeds, England.
11 Father John Misty: Mahashmashana
Father John Misty is offering a bonus signed print to go with the “loser edition” of Mahashmashana.
12 Denzel Curry: King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2
The vinyl edition of Denzel Curry’s King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2 is bundled with a bonus 7″ flex-disc featuring a previously unreleased track.
