La Liste, which is based on the compilation of thousands of publications, hundreds of guidebooks, and millions of online reviews has announced its latest global ranking of the world’s 1000 best restaurants – including Number One, at The Balmoral.
The Edinburgh culinary institution which is led by head chef Mathew Sherry, currently holds four AA Rosettes and is also Michelin Guide recommended.
