J. Cole’s Dreamville Festival will take place on April 5 and 6 at Raleigh, North Carolina’s Dorothea Dix Park in 2025. And it’ll be the last edition of the festival, the rapper and his team announced. “What a ride it’s been,” the organizers said in a statement. “We can’t thank y’all enough for all the memories we’ve shared. From the very beginning, the idea behind the fest was creating a place where our fans, the Dreamville community, could spend time together, a place where they could see themselves reflected, a place to share in experiences. Let’s run it back one more time in April!”
J. Cole launched the Dreamville Festival in 2018, but the event did not take place that year due to Hurricane Florence. The festival finally debuted in April 2019 with a lineup featuring J. Cole, 21 Savage, SZA, and more. Due to the pandemic, Dreamville did not occur again until 2022 when it featured Cole, Lil Baby, Rico Nasty, and others. The 2023 festival featured J. Cole and Drake, and the 2024 edition was memorable for Cole’s onstage apology to Kendrick Lamar.
